They damaged my wheel and refuse to take responsibility for it. They play a smoke and mirrors game. I even contacted Ford's corporate office and complained and and they deceived them as well. Very Friendly dealership. The guys that work there are amazing especially Mark Gurgone. He is not a pushy sales man and knows his stuff, very funny and will definitely get you a great deal. The Golf Mill boys are great! I came in with a delicate situation (way upside down) and they were able to get me taken care of and into a new Fusion and still drop my payment $200 every month. Dom was a G situation (way upside down) and they were able to get me taken care of and into a new Fusion and still drop my payment $200 every month. Dom was a GREAT salesman! He took his time and showed me everything I was looking at and never once got pushy or annoyed as I flip flopped between an Escape and the Fusion. After having to argue about purchasing a $299 exotic theft insurance policy that I did not need, I purchased used ford focus on 1/28. On 2/4 I decided that it would be nice if my wife had a key to the c theft insurance policy that I did not need, I purchased used ford focus on 1/28. On 2/4 I decided that it would be nice if my wife had a key to the car. Home Depot won't make it because it is a chipped key. Online services won't make a key because I don't already have 2 keys. When I talked with Rick Borland, my salesman, I was told that the dealership does not provide second keys on used car sales. Surprise expense #2, it costs $170 to have a second chipped key made. This place liked to think of itself as providing value without extra add-ons. Bunk! There are two huge add-ons that are attributable to the dealership policy within the first week. I'm waiting for the manager to call me back about the key. I don't actually expect that the call will come. This store, with its extra insurance pollicies and one key per car policy is showing itself to me a a huge rip off. More

My name is Pete and me and my family have went here for yrs, Golf Mill Ford has a great selection, good location, good prices, they gave me a great deal on my last two trade ins and I couldn't be happier, yrs, Golf Mill Ford has a great selection, good location, good prices, they gave me a great deal on my last two trade ins and I couldn't be happier, I recently traded a Ford Edge Limited 2008 fully loaded w/ almost 75k miles on it and got a 2011 Edge Sport DEMO that was even more fully loaded w only 3k miles on it and my monthly payments are only 10$ more a month after 2k down, my rebates and the money they took off the sticker price and the 5 k I got for the trade in, and they gave me a really good deal on my trade in when I traded my Mercury Marauder in and bought a SABLE--honestly the Sable needs new tires---but I really can't complain---it had 43 k miles on it and I'm sure its the original tires--but my Marauder had 97k miles on it and it was a 2003, the Sable is a 2008 its better on gas, has less miles on it, my monthly paymenys are lower---and it doesn't take premium only like the marauder--I only put 1k down, Steven Vittas was very helpful with the sale of the Edge and Art Therios w the sale of the Sable, and Pete Vittas the sales manager is a good dude, straight talker, and I would recommend you buying Ford's from them because you'll get the best deal---wether you go here or not they will still do good--they've been the # 1 Ford dealer in the MW 5 yrs in a row, why would you go anywhere else if you live within an hour or two of Niles or Chicago!!!
