They damaged my wheel and refuse to take responsibility for it. They play a smoke and mirrors game. I even contacted Ford's corporate office and complained and and they deceived them as well. The Golf Mill boys are great! I came in with a delicate situation (way upside down) and they were able to get me taken care of and into a new Fusion and still drop my payment $200 every month. Dom was a G situation (way upside down) and they were able to get me taken care of and into a new Fusion and still drop my payment $200 every month. Dom was a GREAT salesman! He took his time and showed me everything I was looking at and never once got pushy or annoyed as I flip flopped between an Escape and the Fusion.
