Nino answered every question, and did a superlative job of pointing out the features of both the Escape and Golf-Mill Ford. We were out that day comparing different brands and models, intending to thoroughly shop before we bought. We were so impressed with the Escape, thanks to Nino, that we left with our new vehicle. In addition to the vehicle and price, the financing was too good to pass up, better than what other dealers offered. Since the purchase, we have had numerous emails from Nino and others at the dealership, all wanting to be sure that we were completely satisfied with the buying experience. Mark is a crook I went in to buy a car for the first time in over 13 years. Mark made the experience absolute xxxx. I was in a desperate situation to buy a used car so I did not have the luxury to walk out on him. He tried to give me a 23% interest rate for the car! He said that if I wasn't going to buy the car, that he wasn't going to spend any more time with me. He gave me no personal attention and was away from his desk constantly. When I did the final signing, he was no where to be found! He was clearly only interested in himself and what he had to make on the deal. He was also very unprofessional about his personal life. He constantly was talking about his ex wife, his old party days, how much he works out .....as if anyone in the world cares! I actually felt sorry for him. He is an unattractive, old man clearly going through a midlife crisis. Before you buy a car from this man, I would suggest buying a bike! More
