Darwin is the very best auto salesman I have ever met. I was looking for a diesel pickup and I first contacted Darwin on a recommendation from a good friend. Darwin went far above what was required for him to do to make sure i got the best deal possible. He made sure the few issues it had were taken care of before i picked it up and i am very happy with the truck. i have already recommended Darwin and golf mill ford to a few friends and will see Darwin when the time comes for my next truck. I was very pleased with my purchase of my used Lincoln, I almost felt that I would not be able to purchase it , due to my credit history wasn't that good but Darwin Linsangan came through for me with a lower almost felt that I would not be able to purchase it , due to my credit history wasn't that good but Darwin Linsangan came through for me with a lower interest rate than I expected and to make it even sweeter a three year full warranty. Like some buyers, I came in to purchase a new car I test-drove much earlier, this would be my first American car and the car exact car I wanted to buy down to every detail. Week later armed to the teeth with printouts, e-coupons, and online price estimates from other locations as well as internet club prices, I was ready to negotiate. My wife and I arrived on the weekend, it was busier than usual. Christian reviewed the information and came down on the price far below what I was expecting to pay. To top that off his manager Jeff gave me the most for my trade. Logically I was expecting the hammer to come down at the financing however Russel was able to get me the rate I requested, for the duration I wanted, with no hassle. Somehow the whole time there was no pressure, even when optional equipment and services were presented. We are thrilled with the car, the sales and service areas are very clean. I would like to say he is a very good Sales Representative. And then I got a call from Sammy to let me know that I was not able to keep the car and had to bring it back in, when I got there Anthony Quinones approach me to see if there was something he can help me with, I explain why I was there, he then began to help me trying to figure out how I can keep the car, he to was very helpful and kind even though I was a little upset, Anthony work very hard at helping me out to be able keep the car that I purchase a week prior. he to is a very good Sales Manager. I would send anyone to Sammy or Anthony to purchase a car because the two of them work hard in helping you. I am very grateful I had Sammy and Anthony there to help me. More

I visited in Golf Mill Ford in the market for a Ford Fusion. When I called I was told that they had 4 or 5 in stock and if I let them know when i would be there they would have them ready for me to look Fusion. Also told me that they were having their "one day factory invoice pricing sales event" where they would sell a car to me at the factory invoice price. Sounded good, so I told them when I would be there. When I arrived, the salesman took about 25 minutes to find the ONLY model that they had in stock. While I took it for a test drive, the salesman was constantly badgering me with questions about how I liked the car. The questions he asked were transparently designed to manipulate my responses. I knew more about the car than he did, and when I asked questions, I got the impression that he was making up answers that would help sell the car. After the test drive, we sat down at a desk and I asked about the factory invoice price (that the woman on the phone had promised me) and he said he couldn't give me that information unless I was ready to buy a car. I said "how can I commit to buying a car when I don't even know what the price you promised me is?" He said "if I'm going to negotiate with you I have to know you are going to buy." I said "I'm just asking for information that I was promised." After more b.s. he reluctantly got up, disappeared for about 10 minutes and came back with a paper that had the invoice figure. While I was waiting for him, I overheard another salesman not recognizing a person on the phone who he had apparently talked with earlier, covering his tracks by saying, "oh yes! we were just about to pull your deal for you, Sunshine." Sunshine????? - very insincerely patronizing. I got the overall impression, not only from the salesman who was "helping" me, but from the whole place, that I could not trust anything that went on here. It actually turned me off to buying a Ford from any dealer. I thought I was in a time warp from 1970 when this kind of stereotypical manipulative behavior ran rampant. Later I read (and wrote) a Yelp review, and saw that this is not an uncommon experience for people who visit this place. I later bought another car from a dealer where the salesman listened to me, was informed, didn't pretend to care about my concerns, was completely knowledgeable about the vehicle, treated me with respect, did not use high pressure tactics, saw me as a human instead of just a means to make a sale, and gave me an incredibly fair price.
