I am so very sorry to hear this, and quite disappointed, as the majority of our sales staff complete required product training thru Ford, and are some of the most knowledgeable in the business. Unfortunately, you met up with a young lady, who, although knew her product, was a little uncomfortable in her presentation. As for the Mangement tactics that seemed to bother you - I apologize for that too. I think that perhaps they were trying too hard to overcome the timidness of your sales lady, and maybe tried too hard. We are the number 1 Ford Dealership in the Midwest, and did not become so by "strong arming" our Customers. You had a bad experience, and again, for this I apologize. I hope you enjoy your CRV...take care.

I am sorry that your experience was so negative...it could totally have been avoided had you just brought or stated your "quote" when you came in, as we pride ourselves with our Internet Sales Department and it's success. It is meant to be hassle-free and quick, but it seems you chose to try to work for a "better price" and neglected to bring up your quote. At any rate, we are a diverse dealership withy MANY different nationalities and backgrounds employed and in management here, and some of our most loyal and repeat clients are the so-called "immigrants" your referrd to.

Golf Mill Do Not EVEN begin to allude that my mistreatment was somehow my fault. You stated "...it could totally have been avoided had you just brought or stated your "quote" when you came in. Did you even read the review? I stated "I asked to speak with the person I had been communicating my email with it took well over 10 minutes for her to come out of her office. After speaking with me for less than one minute she handed me back to the sales person who had pounced on me previously. Since I spoke with the Internet sales person that I had been communicating with, you were completely aware that I had a quoted price. So that little (very little) defense goes down the drain. Secondly, It should have made absolutely NO difference that I had quotes from other dealers. They didn't seem to be bothered in the least when I stated to them that I was going to go to other dealers as well. And YES, I did tell this incompetent sales person that we had earlier that day been to two other dealerships. Whether I had been to other dealerships or not, the bottom line is a Full Sticker Price Quote is inexcusable! Period. That is not fair pricing. That is an attempt at gouging plain and simple. Stop trying to pass the blame to the customer, take this time and energy to start practicing a fair pricing strategy like the other Ford Dealers in the area.
