STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!! BE AWARE!! I BOUGHT A BRAND NEW 2015 FORD TRANSIT FEW MONTHS AGO FROM ROBERT ZENTAK. THE WORST CAR I EVER HAD. SINCE DAY ONE I HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR, PULLING TO THE LEFT AND I STILL DO. I CONTACT MY SALESPERSON ROBERT ZENTAK ABOUT THE ISSUIE THAT I HAD WITH THE VAN, HE TOLD MY TO BING IT BACK AND WE WILL RESLOLVE THE ISSUE, SO I DID. THAN I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK TO BING MY VAN TO SERVICE AND I FIND OUT THE THEY CAN'T FIX IT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE A SPECIAL LIFT FOR CARGO VANS. ONE OF MANAGERS DROVE THE CAR AND NOTICED THE PROBLEM WITH THE VAN PULLING OVER TO THE LEFT.THAN HE LET ME DRIVE ONE OF THE BRAND NEW ONES THAT THEY HAD IN STOCK, AND THIS VAN HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AS MINE. SO WHY DO YOU GUYS EVEN SELL THAT CRAP OVER THERE IF YOU CAN'T EVEN SERVICE IT?? SO I WAS SENT TO A DIFFERENT FORD DEALER IN ELMHURST. THEY NOTICED THE SAME PROBLEM. TOOK THEM ALMOST A WEEK TO FIX IT, AND THEY NEVER DID. STILL HAD THE SAME PROBLEM. THE CALLED FORD COSTUMER SERVICE AND RECIEVED A NOTICED THAT ISSUE THAT I HAVE WITH THE VAN ITS NORMAL AND COMMON FOR THOSE CARS AND THERE IS NOTHING THEY CAN DO. SO I TOOK IT BACK TO GOLF MILL FORD TODAY /11/12/2015 TO TALK TO SERVICE MGR. AFTER WAITING FOR OVER AN HOUR FOR ONE OF THE MANAGERS NOBODY CAME TO TALK TO ME. THE VAN IS STILL PULLING OVER TO THE LEFT, AFTER THEY DID THE ALLIGMENT ETC. MY SALESMAN ROBERT ZENTAK TOLD ME WHY IM WORRY ABOUT THIS. SO I ASKED HIM WHO WILL PAY FO NEW TIRES ONCE THE THEY WEAR DOWN NOT EVENLY ?? HIS RESPOND TO THAT WAS U GOT 60.000 MILES WARRANTY ON TIRES? REALLY? The saleswoman Bebe was such a sweetheart and wonderful person overall. She was very thorough in explaining the amazing features of the car. Manager Dominik was also fantastic. He came to greet me and talk to me to learn more about my situation and try to help me out as much as he possibly could. His attention to detail, as well as the entire staff's, was exceptional and I look forward to going back someday to purchase another vehicle from here. I would recommend this dealer as whole, even while I was waiting, other salesman were very talkative and polite, even talking about fantasy football. Demeaning staff - Terrible business practices. I was recently sent a promotion in the mail by Golf Mill Ford. I called ahead to verify the promotion and was told it was valid and I needed to come i I was recently sent a promotion in the mail by Golf Mill Ford. I called ahead to verify the promotion and was told it was valid and I needed to come in to discuss it. When I came in I was told the promotion was not what it seemed - a classic bait and switch (which I'd note the staff member I called explicitly said "This IS NOT a bait and switch!"). When I asked to speak to a manager one came over and promptly walked away when he realized I was unhappy. A second "manager" came over and started to insult my intelligence telling me I can't read well, telling me I'm wrong and implying I'm stupid, and eventually also walked away when I started to show I was upset. Not only was I treated poorly, but I also saw a woman asking about the promotion who was also insulted and laughed at by staff. After waiting for a while with nobody who was willing to talk to me aside from a staff member who said "I'm sorry I don't know" I left the store feeling walked all over and stupid. This has to be one of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I've had in my life. I was insulted and straight out lied to. I am a die hard Ford owner and lover, but would I recommend this place to others? Not even my worst enemy. Do yourself a favor and don't promote shameful business ethics and tactics like this. They may have a large inventory but I strongly suggest you shop elsewhere. My next Ford purchases will be from other dealerships. More

Recently, I had been hear Throughout my time with Golf Mill Ford, they were often unwilling to help with or listen to issues I was having with my car. Recently, I had been hearing a buzzing/ humming sound from one of my tires. The mechanic at Golf Mill told me to "turn the music up" if it was getting too loud and that the noise was due to a lack of tire rotations. (Not true. I do tire rotations at home). As you can imagine, I wasn’t convinced and the noises were making me uneasy. I ended up going to another dealership that was recommended to me by a family member. The wheel bearing/ hub was in bad shape and needed immediate attention. How the mechanic at Golf Mill didn’t come to that conclusion is beyond me. They were not only irresponsible, but uncooperative. I had transmission issues from the second I bought my car (Ford Focus). It shuddered and shook when switching gears. First, they told me it takes a while for the transmission to get used to your driving style, and you had to break it in. That didn’t work. Then, they said they can’t/ won’t do anything about it because that’s how the car is made and it’s not their concern. Interestingly enough, when I went to the other dealership for the wheel issue, they fixed the shaking and shuddering by doing a SIMPLE update. The car works like a gem now! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT come here. Golf Mill is in it for the money, and their customer service is appalling. There are MANY other Ford dealerships a little farther from the area that have fantastic service and actually care about your satisfaction and safety with your vehicle. People generally come to Golf Mill because of the location, and that’s why they are able to continue their crappy service. I learned that the hard way! If you really want good service, go to Napleton Ford! They were a lifesaver. More
