About the only complaint we had throughout is that we traded in a car (and got a great trade in price) that had a full tank of gas, but the new Ford Explorer we drove off the lot with had less than a third of a tank of gas (which my wife assumed would have been filled up when they cleaned the car, et al, before we took possession). Sebastian was great about offering us a full tank of gas when we come in next, but we've yet to make our way back up North from the City. More
