Everyone involved in finalizing the purchase proved exceptional. It’s rare to work with a car dealer and feel good about it. They succeeded! Being sceptical, I didn’t purchase during the first visit as I wanted to review the numbers, trade in offer etc. but everything was as stated and I called back to confirm. He walked up, introduced himself and from then on, was the nicest and most informative salesperson I’ve ever come in contact with. His job was selling, but you can tell his heart was in helping people find what makes them excited and happy. He helped me find my dream car and ended up purchasing it that day. He was patient, not pushy. I really appreciated everything he did. Not only Jorge, but the finance guy Wesley was so helpful and informative as well. I really felt I was taken care of. They both went through every step so I understood everything. Even after purchasing, Jorge’s been communicative, approachable and so helpful. Sebastian Ludzik helped me find what I was looking for. I was interested in a 2018 Expedition to fit my family of 5. Sebastian showed me all the 2018 Expeditions that were on the lot. I took one for a test drive and loved it. The next day on Saturday I brought my wife and 3 kids back to make sure everyone liked it too. Sebastian and Patryk Nawrot helped us. The kids loved the room they had and especially that it has a mobile hotspot for their electronic devices. Sebastian was well informed and explained the features on the 2018 Expedition. I worked in real estate sales for 14 years an Bryan deserves 10 stars, not 5!! Like most people, I have never enjoyed the process of buying a car. I worked in real estate sales for 14 years and can smell bs from a mile away. I find it very unpleasant to deal with that dishonest sterotypical salesperson I have met every other time I have purchased a vehicle. Bryan is different. He made the impossible happen for me. I came to him with an impossible situation and he made it happen. He worked countless hours during the week or so that it took for the deal to happen. I had given up several times but he never did. I actually even visited other dealerships and was told that they could not help me. Too bad for them that they didn't have a Bryan Fulton at their dealerships. Bryan is professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and most of all, hard working. He deserves his success and I hope that the owners at Golf Mill Ford know how lucky they are to have him. I know that I am lucky to have walked into Golf Mill Ford when I did in order to have met him.
