There were a few things that were not perfect, like first telling me they had a vehicle, then telling me it sold when I got there with specifics on where and when it was sold, them miraculously finding it again after I told them I didn't like the alternative vehicles they had on the lot. Their online pricing is also all a game and not what they show unless you can qualify for every incentive Ford can offer. Not may can be a first responder, active military and student all at the same time, so that's pretty BS. More

Great Sales & Service at Golf Mill. We have been customers of Golf Mill for about the last 12 years. I always thought that service at a dealer was overpriced, but after 12 years will continue to utilize their quick lane and service department. Service staff were always very helpful , would tell you what needed to be done now and what could wait. They would also fill you in all the rebates and deals. Service Staff recommended salesman, Bryan Fulton. He was extremely helpful in finding what we wanted as far as my husband leasing, Explorer and my buying a new car, Escape. Bryan also gave me a great deal on this new car. Bryan has reached out several times since I bought it to see if I had any questions or if he could help in any way. We feel very comfortable contacting Golf Mill Ford. staff with any questions or concerns. More
