Worst dealer in the world So this has been on going for years with this place. Bought a new 2015 ford focus had nothing but problems with it, it was in the service department m So this has been on going for years with this place. Bought a new 2015 ford focus had nothing but problems with it, it was in the service department more times than I can count and still not fixed, now it has a bad engine after many attempts to work with this scam of dealer their promises were only lies. Melissa the customer relations manger or what ever her title is said please give me one more chance, so I did, they said they would give me a good trade in on my lemon that they sold me so I was set up with another salesman Nick B he put a good song and dance the whole entire time end result they couldn't even get the truck to their dealer let alone contact you when they promised they would so me calling them numerous times and leaving messages still no response.Then I called one more time and spoke to Melissa Delfuntes which she said I will talk to the sales manager and get back to you well that was over 2 weeks ago and still no response. Gold Mill ford use to stand behind their product but now its how much money they can make in their own benefit. Their bait and switch gets old I have been their 3 times to see the same truck oh sorry we did not get that truck here for you today after me taking time off of work to go see it. Me or my family will never buy another car from golf mill ford, and my family has bought numerous cars from this dealer from now on we will go some where else.
