Professional fixing of issues I purchased a used Ford Fiesta on 9/7 and dealt with Rene Quinonez. Originally had some issues with mileage discrepancy etc. After stating my issues I purchased a used Ford Fiesta on 9/7 and dealt with Rene Quinonez. Originally had some issues with mileage discrepancy etc. After stating my issues to the sales manager Nick Sfikas everything was dealt with very professionally and very courteously. Both Nick and Rene were very helpful and apologetic about the issue and worked to make things right. The financial officer that I worked with originally, Wesley Polo was absolutely fabulous and took time to fully explain my options to me and make me feel comfortable with the purchasing process. I would definitely purchase a car with them again. More

Mark gave us from the beginning openly the final price, (taxes and so included). And worked to get us the best deal possible, we ended up buying that car for the price that we wanted but mostly because he treated us respectfully and honestly, which is some values that some car dealerships lack these days. Bait and switch and lies I was not even "allowed" to see the car I had made an appointment to see. I had been on line with one of their reps (M Rojas) who had said the car wa I was not even "allowed" to see the car I had made an appointment to see. I had been on line with one of their reps (M Rojas) who had said the car was available to me and quoted a price. I got to the dealership and was told that the price quoted was not a firm price and was a working price that I would not qualify for. I was then steered to a car with a higher price tag. It was a used car. I was told it had 12,000 miles. The sales person and I went for a ride (he drove) so I never saw the odometer. I agreed to purchase the car and when signing the papers found out the car had over 18,000 miles on it. For me a significant difference. When I complained the financial rep I was working with agreed it was not right and that they "would do something to compensate" but would not commit to anything. He did get confirmation from the sales rep that he misquoted the mileage. Also, minor I know but not my usual experience the car had less than a quarter tank of gas when purchased. I feel I was taken advantage of because of being a single woman. In the positive all the people were friendly and personable. I did ask to talk to someone about the issues and have not gotten a call back yet. More
