Came in for a Rav4 and ended up buying a Lincoln Corsair from Sam and Issac. I've bought a few cars from Issac before and its always been a good experience. I recently purchased a 2007 Honda CR-V from Golf Mill Ford, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered a severe power steering fluid leak a major iss Ford, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. Shortly after the purchase, I discovered a severe power steering fluid leak a major issue that was never disclosed to me. I was assured that the vehicle was in good condition, but that has proven to be untrue. In addition to the power steering problem, I also found multiple issues with both the interior and exterior of the vehicle that were not properly represented at the time of sale. These were not minor cosmetic concerns they were problems that should have been clearly disclosed before selling the car. I relied on the dealership’s representations when making this purchase, and I now feel misled. Transparency and honesty are very important when buying a vehicle, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. Because of this, I will not be returning for future business, and I cannot recommend this dealership to friends or family. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their inspection and disclosure practices. More
