Dropped my car off at 9:30 am for a scheduled appointment and got a call at 1pm that they never looked at my car and won't till 3pm. I would now be without a car until Monday earliest and no loaner. What was More

If you can provide us with your first and last name, we can pull up your repair order & look into your wait time. Please note, an oil change & multi-point inspection can take upwards of 90 minutes. Our technicians do not rush through any job to ensure quality is delivered to the customer.
