Matt, in order to diagnose the issue you presented "Customer States When the Car Sits For a Couple of Days It Goes Into a 'Cycle Like Mode' and Wont Start. Parking Brake Service Light Keeps Turning On. Has To Jump It", takes longer than an oil change and tire rotation. This would cause the extensive time spent diagnosing your issues. With regards to the "change air filter light" light remaining on, a return to the dealership would have resolved this issue.

Wow , shows how clueless your service department is! The problem with the car not starting was because of a bad battery, YOU guys actually installed the new battery LAST YEAR! Is this a joke? Now I decide to give you guys a second chance & you screwed up by not re-setting the air filter light. The fact that you are that careless & unprofessional saying the problem would’ve been fixed by a return to the dealership is the biggest slap in the face to a customer! Have a manager call me immediately!
