I was a "walk-in" customer. I called the dealership and the person on the phone said there is an opening and I may come within 5 minutes. When I got there, the person who greeted (he seemed like the manager) me was upset I came as a walk-in. He asked for the phone representative's name, which I did not remember. He signed me up with Jonelle, who was friendly, polite, and courteous. I felt that the annoyed demeanor of the first person was very unprofessional. I've been here before and had no problems last time. It was great service. I'm hoping this was just a one-off incident. I plan to come back later in the year. More
