There was a lack of communication. I was told I would be called by noon and that did not happen. Then I was told I would be called at 1pm and that never happened either. Then I was called back around 1:50pm. I was very disappointed by the lack of communication. I also felt like I was being cheated when I found out the price of fixing my car was one price and then when I complained the price all of a sudden went down a 1,000 dollars More

I didn’t like the fact that the Chris worker lied and told me I will have my 94 Chevy truck back in 24 hours. Than tried to make me pay for service that was never done, my truck just sat in the back. Chris didn’t want to return my keys, stating I owed $421 even when nothing was done to my truck. I took my truck back with my extra keys I had and would like my keys that Golf Mill Chevy has in there Possession. I’m upset but not that upset since I was able to get my truck back, but I still want my keys. More
