Thought I would give Chevrolet service center another chance after hit or miss service in the past. Sorry I did after 2.5 hour wait (with an appointment) for just a oil change. Other inconveniences I exp chance after hit or miss service in the past. Sorry I did after 2.5 hour wait (with an appointment) for just a oil change. Other inconveniences I experienced included that oil change coupon was not applied to total when I went to pay despite big note on top of invoice and then the next morning washer fluid low message appears on dash which tells me fluids were not topped off. Hopefully the oil change was actually done, but who knows! More

why have a appointment at 11:00am and the truck dose not get pull in until 2:15pm I do know thing come up but 3hour from my appointment call the day before some you can make sure you have all the parts t get pull in until 2:15pm I do know thing come up but 3hour from my appointment call the day before some you can make sure you have all the parts to do the job and then tell my driver that you do not have the parts in stock ,just like you guys time is money and I need my truck to make money not to set at your shop for 3 hours More
