Hello Gary! Upon requesting information from my service department, I was able to get more context about your visit. According to Kenzie, you came in during a particularly busy time when the service area was congested. Yet she did a great job as she always does, to ensure prompt attention. This included having all your paperwork/signatures completed in order to avoid delays. As for the labor itself, you requested that they replace the tire sensor without removing the tire from the rim. Unfortunately, our standard procedure requires tire removal for this type of repair, which she communicated clearly to you. Per Kenzie: "I provided the customer with their coupon and wished them safe travels as they were headed to Florida, doing my best to ensure they felt cared for throughout the process...I treated the customer with respect and followed the necessary procedures. I’m unsure of the source of their dissatisfaction on my end."
