I’ve had a very poor service experience on multiple occasions, particularly when working with my service advisor and dealing with consistently poor communication. The final issue for me occurred aft occasions, particularly when working with my service advisor and dealing with consistently poor communication. The final issue for me occurred after a recall was completed by your team. I brought the vehicle in for its 10,000-mile service and also reported a concerning noise when AWD was engaged, asking that it be investigated. That concern was ignored, as I was forced to bring the vehicle back weeks later after hearing very loud crunching sounds when engaging AWD. During that follow-up visit, your team discovered that two driveshaft bolts were missing from the recall work. While the issue was repaired at no cost, my original complaint was never acknowledged or addressed. This was a serious safety failure. If the driveshaft had detached while I was driving, it could have resulted in a serious accident with my family in the vehicle. I requested to speak with a manager to understand how this happened, especially since the vehicle has only ever been serviced at your location. I never received a response. Stay far away from this dealership. I had a service appointment for them to look at a defect on a brand new vehicle. I show up and they don’t even acknowledge that I’m waiting. They told me they are too busy and backed up to look at my vehicle. I literally drove 20 minutes each way. They didn’t even do the courtesy of letting me know in advance that they can’t even service me. I don’t know what the point of appointments are if they can’t honor them. Extremely unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and don’t do any business with them. You’ll thank me later. More

I dealt with Christian Rodriguez, product specialist who was very patient and answered all my questions regarding the 2026 Equinox EV I was interested in. Also, a BIG hats off to the (I believe) GM, Arthur, was very patient and answered all my questions regarding the 2026 Equinox EV I was interested in. Also, a BIG hats off to the (I believe) GM, Arthur, who assisted Christian throughout the entire process. He made sure I received all eligible rebates and came up with a very reasonable final price. Arthur also went above and beyond and was able to supply me with a full owner's manual. All in all, a very enjoyable car buying experience.
