I gave Goldstein a second chance. I have to say that Nathan was EXCELLENT. I had a bad experience with Goldstein in the past, and was willing to try them again. Nathan and Louis listen I have to say that Nathan was EXCELLENT. I had a bad experience with Goldstein in the past, and was willing to try them again. Nathan and Louis listened to my complaint of past problems, and told me they hoped to change my mind. I went in looking for a 2015 car, and expressed my hope to get a certain color. I was later contacted and told my color car would be there Friday. When I arrived, Nathan sat with me to go over various paperwork. As he was contacting my insurance company, I saw the car I was buying was listed as a 2014. I let him know that I was extremely upset. At this point, everything had already been done - loan approved, insurance changed. I ended up taking the car with being extremely disappointed, and telling Nathan so. No one had asked me if I wanted that color in a 2014. I didn't have the choice to make the decision on this car or another 2105. So I now have a brand new 1 year old car - at the same price as I would've paid for a 2015 car. I'm sure if I trade it in, it will be less value. Nathan apologized numerous times, and thought that the person that told me they had found the color car I wanted had also told me the year. I understand that it was probably an oversight - but that's two bad experiences with this dealership - not going to have a third. I told Nathan and Justin that I would buy this car but I will NOT buy another at Goldstein, nor will I recommend them to anyone. More
