Purchased 7 new cars in in 15 year span for same dealer Dealer ship is local to us. Always brought cars to them for regular service Customer loyalty did not mean nothing to him Ordered new car from him last year and he acted like he was doing me a favor. Never did see the car. [it was a Grand Cherokee] Trade was paid off last year. Saved money for 6 months and came to Goldstein You treated us like we mattered. We are very pleased. Sincerely Robert & Linda Paraskeva
