We purchased a used car from Goldie's about a month ago. Communicated via email, completed the credit application, came in to test drive and sign papers and was driving off the lot within 45 minutes. We recently purchased another used car from a different dealership and had the worst experience. I so wish we would have gone back to Goldie's. Lesson learned. We will only be buying through Goldie's going forward. Save yourself the hassle of going anywhere else. If they don't have the car you are looking for in stock, let them know what you want. It's totally worth the wait for them to find you something! More

A great car buying experience! I called John King at Goldie's Motors in Phoenix on December 13th to ask if he could find a specific vehicle for me to purchase. He took my specifications and said he would get back to me after doing a search. He called back the same day to say he had found a 2016 Audi Q5 he thought would work for me and emailed the details to me. I called him back to say it appeared to be just what I wanted and asked him to proceed to acquire the vehicle. I picked up the vehicle on December 19th after John had acquired it, had it serviced/certified and detailed, all in less than a week! John's dedication to honesty, rapid service and customer satisfaction are deserving of high praise. Will definitely buy from Goldie's again and recommend them to my friends. Thanks John! Great people still exist, and so do great used car dealers! We had first inquired about a truck at Goldie's motors from out of state. They got us pre-approved and ready to go when I realized I had overlooked it We had first inquired about a truck at Goldie's motors from out of state. They got us pre-approved and ready to go when I realized I had overlooked it wasn't 4x4 so I backed out. Fast forward a month and we have moved to Arizona. We decided to have another look and found a Jeep. They kept our approval and our purchase was a breeze! Literally the first time I didn't leave a dealership with a migraine. Not too long after our purchase we started having problems with oil consumption. Come to find out this is a notorious problem with the engine model. We literally started to panic, but after talking to Adam we were quickly back at ease. They sent us to have it inspected and when it turned out the whole engine needed replaced they purchased back our Jeep at full price and got us into another vehicle. When does that ever happen?! We are so grateful for all of their help and saving us from would could have been a major burden. I used to be afraid of used car dealerships, but Goldies motors has forever won our business. They mean it when they say they stand behind their products. More

We found a vehicle test drove it and went home with the vehicle that day! They are not the type of dealership who takes your money and forgets about you when you drive off! The entire family, warm,friendly,professional, and awesome! When we realized there was no spare and brake controller later on, John took care if it. I recommend this dealership to anyone. I no longer hate purchasing a car!!! More

Adam was able to help with any questions about the cars and also took time to make sure our kids were doing well ( air hockey table was a big hit) ! John took excellent care of us with fiancé! I was doing research looking for a 2013-2015 Kia Optima Turbo SX for a long time. Goldie's had two of them, reasonably priced. Upon entering the dealership, you can just tell it's the real deal. Warehouse was exceptionally clean. All the pre-owned vehicles were in great shape. What I love about the dealership is that there is absolutely no xx. The price on each vehicle is your absolute take home price (plus tax and ~$350 doc fee), but there are no hidden fees, no garbage. I really appreciated that after the normal dealers around the valley played with us on paper inside their dealerships, never really showing the out the door price. I'll be back to this dealership the next time I'm due for a vehicle. I absolutely love the 2013 Kia Optima SX (Silver) that I bought. Rides great. Thanks John!!! More

Fantastic, true, online car buying experience! Great car buying experience! I was home in bed after surgery and had time to kill, so I was car shopping online. Allison was great to work with and we had the numbers pretty much set over the phone on my trade and purchase. I went down there, not feeling well, and was able to complete the transaction extremely quickly. I started with Allison, and ended with her. No sleazy finance manager, no back and forth nonsense. When I got down there, I noticed slightly more tread wear on the tires than expected and they proactively gave me a few options to make it right. There are very few car dealerships in town that I would send someone to without any help or guidance. Goldie's is on the short list. Oh, and the selection was great. I found the exact color combo I was looking for (white/black) in the exact type of car I wanted. I wasn't even looking at Infinitis initially, which was a mistake. I fell in love with the Q50S when I saw it online and then in person. More
