Do not give Golden State Nissan your business. Since my friend was trying to purchase the car from across the country he had his flights and hotels already booked, but these guys decided to sell to someone else anyway. They may think it's okay because "they didn't charge the deposit" but that just shows how dishonest of a business they are running. Please avoid this dealership. They are predatory and shady. They will try to charge $1000 for VIN etching (something that can be done for $30) and claim they can't take off the add-on price. Even after an hour of trying to negotiate myself out of these bogus ad-ons, they kept reintroducing them into the deal. Kevin (sales manager) is rude and condescending. He severely undervalued my trade-in and became aggressive when I said I wasn't ready to make a deal on the spot. On top of that, they don't obey COVID -19 protocols and constantly have their masks under their noses. Take your money elsewhere. These guys are just your typical sleazy car salesmen. More

I hope you are there to get some business, If the response is like this I can only say Good lock Boss. I am going to put this in my company portal to save people's time...better get from somewhere else. In another incident, Their sales person called me and setup a appointment, when I get there they didn't have even car available, where as I had to drive 40+ miles for appointment. The service department, which installed the new wires, was wonderful. All staff I spoke with to get this issue resolved were courteous and demonstrated a strong commitment to customer service. TL;DR: think twice before buying a car here. I've never written a review before, but my experience here was so disappointing that I feel I need to warn others. Don't trust other reviews about Golden State Nissan. I bought a used car here -- my sales representative was great, but the manager, Arron, is dishonest. I asked about coming down on the price or replacing tires because the ones on the car were worn -- he said he'd work with me, then acted like he'd never said it. He also refused to top up the gas tank; this was a really small thing, but the two combined left me with a bad taste in my mouth. If you're considering buying a car from here, I'd really encourage you to look elsewhere, as there are a number of dealerships in the area. More

My concern was the Covid-19 and Marcus Taniguchi worked with me for a worry-free drop-off and pickup of my car, with physical distancing and free of contact. Very polite and communicated with me well. He even had the interior disinfected after the service. They accommodated me with my choice of times, payment over the phone, and whatever I requested. Marcus, YOU ROCK! You guys are great. Thank you so much. Will definitely bring my car here next time for service. More
