To trying to charge me for a fake diagnostic on my rearview camera. I have receipt of paperwork of diagnostic of where they state my camera is bad and want to charge me 350 for a new one. Wheeeew.. which all falls down to having my transmission replaced a few days before it showed up at Golden circus for the rearview issue. So short story they order the part takes over a week to get. Drop my car off 11/15 to be fixed. Didn't here a single update nothing. To showing up at 5 o'clock to find out that they indeed did not fix it due to the part the ordered due to their FALSE DIAGNOSTIC. and camera displayed same issue with new Ford camera. To coming into contact with Mr. Will Nolen. Brandon's boss.. another 🤡. So as our conversation continues this man has the audacity to say to my face that he has guys in the shop as techs that aren't even WORTH A xxxx. . His exact words out his mouth. Then he continues to tell me false information on my car about the camera when it first came in. Which I have videos off the moment it was brought to golden circle, he didn't want to see them at that moment. And/or taking up for Brandon false diagnostic done to begin with in the first place. To how sorry he was for his guys and the whole situation period. To asking me to bring my car back and let them mack it right. I agreed to do so. Bring car back 730 am. They kept the car for 2 days at this point. Still no issue fixed or found. So then I've reached out to Mr. KEVIN Cothern. I'm assuming over both those guys. Which has been no help by any means, this place is just a joke and scams people out of any and everything. They have done nothing but make my car worse than what it was from the beginning. Not trust worthy business or work done. I'd hate to actually buy a car from them and have to deal with them often. Negligence at its finest and dishonest group of people More
purchased a 21 ranger inn 11/21 - unable to get it into service after numerous calls and transfers to get on the "list" for a loaner. (disabled vet with numerous Dr visits). Scheduled for 7-23! NO LOANER service after numerous calls and transfers to get on the "list" for a loaner. (disabled vet with numerous Dr visits). Scheduled for 7-23! NO LOANER! Had to reschedule for 8-23. Did nothing to the vehicle, sat for a week and charged 335.86. Looking for a Ford? You a vet? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! More
Worst service department I have ever been too. Made appointment to have car service and they gave me the day and time. Showed up early and was 2 Nd to check in that morning. 8 hours later they had stil appointment to have car service and they gave me the day and time. Showed up early and was 2 Nd to check in that morning. 8 hours later they had still not even touched the car. Not even to change the oil. Just remember when you buy a car to take in consideration there service department. This dealership I will never buy from and don’t recommend. More
Recently visited dealer for service, treated very poorly. Had difficulty getting information about my vehicle as was spoken down to when I had questions. I simply wanted someone to listen to my concerns and Had difficulty getting information about my vehicle as was spoken down to when I had questions. I simply wanted someone to listen to my concerns and help me understand what was causing problems. The service rep was pleasant but not very helpful. When I spoke to the service manager, it was evident that he was very perturbed. I will not go back to this dealership. More
