I was absolutely shocked by how I was treated by the man I spoke to and would certainly never buy a car from this establishment. I went in today all ready to pay cash for a new car. I found the asking price online and then below that the cash price. I called ahead to make an appointment and went in all ready to purchase. The person I spoke to said there had "been a mistake" and went and showed my phone to the manager. It clearly listed the cash price for the individual car. The man who I spoke to came back and unapologetically handed me my phone back and said it was a mistake and there was no way the manager would honor it. I couldn't believe it - I asked to speak to the manager hoping he could explain this to me. The man who I was talking to said the manager is unavailable and to take my business elsewhere. Wow. Still in shock. Thanks Gold Rush Subaru. Super kind, honest, and trustworthy...not! More
Two days ago I was in Auburn doing errands and when I got into my '18 Subaru Forester, my low tire pressure light came on. It was close to 5 so I was afraid businesses would be closing, but wanted my tires c into my '18 Subaru Forester, my low tire pressure light came on. It was close to 5 so I was afraid businesses would be closing, but wanted my tires checked before I drove home to Georgetown. I stopped by Gold Rush Subaru and even though it was quitting time, they welcomed me in, checked the pressure, found it to be very low, put on my spare and said they would check the tire thoroughly the next day, and if it could be repaired, they would fix it free of charge. They did exactly that, and I was able to go in and have the repaired tire remounted and be on my way. Colin and his crew were friendly, helpful and efficient in helping me when I needed it even though I did not purchase my car there or take it there to be serviced. More

I have called them 3 times in two days to answer a question about a sensor that was replaced in may and I'm having the same issues in September 2020. I have still not received a return call. They really treat you like Family! I know it's an "oxymoron"; "Trustworthy CAR-Salesmen", but they really exist at Gold Rush Subaru. They really treat you like family. I have purchased five cars and one lease and will never go anywhere else. I have done comparative shopping, used True Car and Edmunds for car values and I have always gotten rock bottom pricing at Gold Rush. Paul Lanza makes sure I get what I want. Jim Sturgis cuts off the fat and James Woolley always goes the extra mile to get me the best financing available. Check them out, you will not be disappointed. More

A No Pressure, No B.S. experience I bought a new used car from Gold Rush Subaru just yesterday. I emailed several Subaru dealers beforehand, telling them that I didn't want a hassle, d I bought a new used car from Gold Rush Subaru just yesterday. I emailed several Subaru dealers beforehand, telling them that I didn't want a hassle, didn't want to mess around, just offer me a fair price on the exact car I'm asking about. Only Gold Rush Subaru responded promptly with a very fair quote and no pressure or bs. When I got there, the sales manager said they had another car in stock that I might be interested in. I was suspicious that this was a whole bait and switch, but it actually was a better car for me at a better price! I am so grateful that they were straightforward and more than fair with me, as I really really wanted to skip pressure or sales pitches of any kind. I would definitely recommend this dealership. More
