They initially sent me a quote that was $13K over the advertised vehicle price. After calling them out on it, I received an updated offer from their VP two weeks later. Random associates have been contacting me regarding the same car, complete and utter nonsense. Just yesterday, their computer system was compromised, and I received an email requesting sensitive information. Gabriella Rivera, their concierge manager, is beyond unorganized and does not have the ability to follow-up in a timely manner. I wouldn't provide them with any sensitive information. No deal, regardless of how good it is, is worth having your identity stolen. More
