Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly! We hadn't even planned on visiting Gold Coast when we left the house that morning for an appointment at another dealership as it's far from where we We hadn't even planned on visiting Gold Coast when we left the house that morning for an appointment at another dealership as it's far from where we live. When we arrived for our appointment, this other dealership was not ready for us. We had to wait for quite a while because they couldn't find the car. When they finally found the vehicle, it was filthy inside and out. We had made this appointment the day prior. We sat with the dealer to discuss the price of the car. The price was the price, there was no negotiating whatsoever. My husband texted Gold Coast as we sat with this dealer to see if we could come by to see a car. In the 30 minutes between his text and our arrival, the vehicle we were going to see had been washed and pulled out front for us to see as we pulled in! We knew driving over, if the car drove well, we'd be buying that car that day. Gold Coast Cadillac was better to deal with via text than this other dealership! Would DEFINITELY recommend!!! More
