i needed service on my 2 y/o cts. i had a short in my radio. they proceeded to tell me it wasn't under gaurantee because i was over my mileage. my radio has nothing to do with my mileage. nevertheless i radio. they proceeded to tell me it wasn't under gaurantee because i was over my mileage. my radio has nothing to do with my mileage. nevertheless i was charge almost 1900.00 and was told to bring a certified check, even though i never had paid by certified check before. they always accepted a regular check.so all in all , i was taken advantage of and was insulted by their staff. i will never use this dealer again. You'll have to argue that with service, but you have to wait until they get back from lunch."<br>I don't have that kind of time. <br>They have my part, my receipt, my money.<br>I have nothing but memories of a snotty clerk. I made two trips and invested money plus two hours time.<br>I can afford the $28 dollars they took. <br>I guess they can afford to loose customers and get nasty reports. More
