I was searching for a pre-owned Escalade for about a month, I called alot of dealers and always seemed to get a run around on the phone or via email, and was asked to "Just come in and we'll work it out month, I called alot of dealers and always seemed to get a run around on the phone or via email, and was asked to "Just come in and we'll work it out" (sound familiar). Well the two dealers I visited told me how great the condition of their vehicles were and so i went to see them only to find out that they weren't in the shape they described to me, they then tried to put me in another vehicle(More expensive) they had on their lot, disgusted I walked out. After going back online I found an 2007 escalade at Gold Coast Cadillac submitted a request for information, which I received 10 minutes later, followed by a phone call from the Internet Manager Steve Stigliano from the initial email to the fianl sale of my Escalade I was handeled very professionally. All my questions were answered over the phone, we then arranged a time for a test drive, when I arrived the truck was waiting for me in the exact condition it was described(which was excellent) after my test drive the deal couldn't have gone any easier. All the numbers were worked out right in front of me nothing was hidden, no managers went back and forth (as I've experienced in the past at other dealers)Steve being a manager handeled the entire process from start to finish and I couldn't have been happier and more impressed with Steve Stigliano as my salesperson and the dealership as a whole. I highly recommend Gold Coast Cadillac and Steve Stigliano to anyone who is looking for a new or pre-owned car. By the way I really love my new Escalade. More

I started my search for a CTS online. Gary Alexander responded promptly with a price quote. He answered all of my questions I had over the phone before I decided to visit the dealership. LEFT CTS FOR 2ND TIME, NOISE IN REAR. PICKED UP FROM REPAIR, GIVEN FREE CAR WASH AT LOCAL SHOP. GOT HOME, FOUND SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON BOTH SIDES OF VEHICLE. SPOKE TO MIKE IN SERVICE, ADVISED, "WE'LL TAKE REPAIR, GIVEN FREE CAR WASH AT LOCAL SHOP. GOT HOME, FOUND SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON BOTH SIDES OF VEHICLE. SPOKE TO MIKE IN SERVICE, ADVISED, "WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT, BRING IT BACK". RETURNED VEHICLE ONLY TO BE DENIED HELP, AND HAVE A RUDE, CURT SERVICE MANAGER TELL ME, "WE ARE NOT GETTING INVOLVED", TAKE IT BACK TO THE CAR WASH. VEHICLE LEFT AT DEALER,WITH NO COSMETIC ISSUES,GIVEN BACK WITH DAMAGE. AFTER BUYING MY 3RD CAR, I WILL NOT RETURN, OR RECOMMEND THIS DEALER, SINCE OWNERSHIP CHANGED, SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST-AT GOLD COAST. More
I took my H2 for air ride ECU reset, service told me that there is no such procedure "if I'm not doing the repair there". But when I came back with new parts installed, a technician did it on the side for $8 there is no such procedure "if I'm not doing the repair there".
