I started my search for a CTS online. Gary Alexander responded promptly with a price quote. He answered all of my questions I had over the phone before I decided to visit the dealership. Upon arriving he had the cars we discussed pulled up and ready for me to drive. I loved the car and his excellent service made the experience a very pleasant one. I have not had such luck with previous cars I had purchased from other dealers. This is my first Cadillac and first purchase from Gold Coast. It will not be my last. More

LEFT CTS FOR 2ND TIME, NOISE IN REAR. PICKED UP FROM REPAIR, GIVEN FREE CAR WASH AT LOCAL SHOP. GOT HOME, FOUND SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON BOTH SIDES OF VEHICLE. SPOKE TO MIKE IN SERVICE, ADVISED, "WE'LL TAKE REPAIR, GIVEN FREE CAR WASH AT LOCAL SHOP. GOT HOME, FOUND SEVERAL SCRATCHES ON BOTH SIDES OF VEHICLE. SPOKE TO MIKE IN SERVICE, ADVISED, "WE'LL TAKE CARE OF IT, BRING IT BACK". RETURNED VEHICLE ONLY TO BE DENIED HELP, AND HAVE A RUDE, CURT SERVICE MANAGER TELL ME, "WE ARE NOT GETTING INVOLVED", TAKE IT BACK TO THE CAR WASH. VEHICLE LEFT AT DEALER,WITH NO COSMETIC ISSUES,GIVEN BACK WITH DAMAGE. AFTER BUYING MY 3RD CAR, I WILL NOT RETURN, OR RECOMMEND THIS DEALER, SINCE OWNERSHIP CHANGED, SERVICE IS A THING OF THE PAST-AT GOLD COAST. More
I took my H2 for air ride ECU reset, service told me that there is no such procedure "if I'm not doing the repair there". But when I came back with new parts installed, a technician did it on the side for $8 there is no such procedure "if I'm not doing the repair there". I have an H2 and was visiting NJ and an engine light came on. After following the manual, the light kept on. Took the vehicle to Gold Coast at 7:30am and my car was fixed by 10:00am, under warranty and no on. After following the manual, the light kept on. i needed service on my 2 y/o cts. i had a short in my radio. they proceeded to tell me it wasn't under gaurantee because i was over my mileage. my radio has nothing to do with my mileage. nevertheless i radio. they proceeded to tell me it wasn't under gaurantee because i was over my mileage. my radio has nothing to do with my mileage. nevertheless i was charge almost 1900.00 and was told to bring a certified check, even though i never had paid by certified check before. they always accepted a regular check.so all in all , i was taken advantage of and was insulted by their staff. i will never use this dealer again. You'll have to argue that with service, but you have to wait until they get back from lunch."<br>I don't have that kind of time. <br>They have my part, my receipt, my money.<br>I have nothing but memories of a snotty clerk. I made two trips and invested money plus two hours time.<br>I can afford the $28 dollars they took. <br>I guess they can afford to loose customers and get nasty reports. More
