Was a loyal customer purchasing multiple cars from 2006 till 2014. Jeff Genovese ran a class act dealership. Followed him to Crowne due to subpar sales experience in 2014 with Gold Coast. Tried again today with Dave, had my car in for service and saw a vehicle I was interested in on the lot. Dave said he saw my car and the trade in value is affected because I need new tires. The tires on my car were purchased 2 weeks ago, I have new Michelin tires all the way around. Dave assured me he saw the car. He was aloof and disinterested. Sales doesn’t appear to be a focus with Gold Coast and in all fairness, their service department is solicitous and efficient. Good salesman must be hard to find. I looked online and found a five star rated salesman in North Brunswick and am contacting him. It’s a shame as I try to support my community vendors. Brought it to my mechanic and when he pulled the dipstick it had virtually no oil in it! He had to add 6 quarts of oil to get the dipstick to have anything on it! I called Gold Coast and they were no help at all! 2 weeks later the engine seized!!! More

Very very low trade in offer my wife went in and the used SUV was definitely a great price however she was told 3500 for our trade-in.
