Ryan Hills greeted my husband, myself and our 10 year old son and gave us the space to explore on our own. When we were ready to talk, he sat us down and respectfully addressed each one of us, even our 10 year old, to ask what we were looking for. The car would ultimately be mine and I would be doing the purchasing, but Ryan never made me feel second best to my husband as has happened in the past. He took notes, LISTENED, and suggested a car to test. I loved it right off the bat—it was a perfect fit. He still suggested I try a different car for a comparison and didn’t try to sway me either way. I felt that I could’ve walked out of there at anytime without feeling pressured. We had every intention of going to other dealerships to continue our search, but Ryan changed our minds immediately by making us feel comfortable and confident in our decision. Honestly, by the time we drove away in our new Cadillac, we felt we not only gained a car, but a friend in Ryan, too. When he called me from his cell phone a few days later to check on how I was doing and if I was still satisfied, I was shocked! I’ve never had a sales person give me his cell phone to text/call with any issues before. Ryan is top notch and a pleasure to work with. In addition to Ryan, I must also praise Suzanne, the business manager. She was pleasant, respectful and so easy to close the deal with. She explained everything thoroughly to me and answered all my questions and there were no surprises on my contract when I went to sign.
