Gold Coast Cadillac responded

The windshield was already damaged when the customer came to the dealership. Damage was noted with the customer when our shop manager went on a diagnostic drive with the customer at the time of drop off. Poor reviews by this customer are now posted on multiple sites in reaction to Gold Coast not replacing his windshield. Please note our multiple positive reviews and our overall rating. We are far from perfect and we do make mistakes. We work very hard to correct them when we do. This is not one of those instances.

When reviewing this I noticed that the Vehicle is a 2008 SRX with 76,000 miles on it. When purchasing a 6 year old vehicle some issues due develop. I am glad to hear our staff has worked hard and will continue to work hard to resolve them. Please remember that it has been extremely cold since your purchase (below zero on some days). New vehicles have squeaks and ralltles when it is this cold. It is not suprising that an older high mileage vehicle would as well. Some of the issues may resolve themselves once the weather warms up.
