This was the best car buying experience we could have asked for (and have ever experienced!). We submitted an inquiry online for a CPO car and were put in touch with Ryan. Ryan was able to answer all of our questions, sort out our financing for approval before we went to the dealership, and even send us some extra pictures of the car. He went WAY above and beyond and came in on his day off and had us in and out of the dealership in 2 hours! Sue, the finance manager, had all of our paperwork ready to go, explained everything, and was a pleasure to work with. I recently purchased a pre-owned Kia from Gold Coast Cadillac. The car was very nice but it had a few areas of concern that I brought to my salesman Dave Pelak's attention.
