On Monday 6/16/2020, i brought my 2019 Cadillac in for some warrantee work and an oil change. i was greeted personally by the new service manager Jeff Jamison. He could have not been any nicer or more professional. He walked me over to the assistant service manager Bonnie. She then took the ball and ran with it in the most professional way you could ask for. She wrote up the ticket and then walked me over to Juan at the loaner car counter who also could of not been anymore helpful. He gave me a beautiful new car to drive and sat in the car with me until he knew i was comfortable with all the features in the loaner. He even programmed all the radio stations for me and set up the bluetooth for my phone. Both Bonnie and Jeff texted me during the day with constant updates. My experience could not have been any better.the owner Bill Camastro also was terrific as well as he set the appointment for me and followed up as well. I have owned several Cadillacs over the years and would not by another type of car from any dealership. This dealership is truly a class act from the point of the sale and then the service department. I would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for a luxury vehicle. Kevin More

Was a loyal customer purchasing multiple cars from 2006 till 2014. Jeff Genovese ran a class act dealership. Followed him to Crowne due to subpar sales experience in 2014 with Gold Coast. Tried again today with Dave, had my car in for service and saw a vehicle I was interested in on the lot. Dave said he saw my car and the trade in value is affected because I need new tires. The tires on my car were purchased 2 weeks ago, I have new Michelin tires all the way around. Dave assured me he saw the car. He was aloof and disinterested. Sales doesn’t appear to be a focus with Gold Coast and in all fairness, their service department is solicitous and efficient. Good salesman must be hard to find. I looked online and found a five star rated salesman in North Brunswick and am contacting him. It’s a shame as I try to support my community vendors. Maybe this review will help them improve their performance. Cathy Rispoli More
