We live in Maryland and recently purchased a CPO Escalade from Gold Coast Cadillac. We worked with Ryan Hills and Kevin Cruz and both guys were great in helping us out. When it was missing the remote and headphones Ryan promptly overnighted them to us, no questions asked. We always felt comfortable and in good hands throughout the entire process.
