Evelyn in service worked really hard to accommodate my busy schedule and reserve me a larger suv rental car to hold all of my belongings and larger family. John, an assistant service manager, was very attentive to my concerns and work tirelessly to to resolve my issues. He took extra time during his busy morning to make sure that I was comfortable with the results before I left. The senior service technician came with me on a test ride to diagnose my issue and knew right away what the problem was and how to fix it. He instantly put my vehicle into the shop and worked hard to have it ready in a shorter time frame then first discussed. I am glad that I drove 40 minutes south to have my Escalade looked after by such competent professionals. Well worth the trip. More

I believe that it is very unfortunate that Cadillac does not include the cost of service. When you buy a luxury vehicle you want the cost to be all in. Much less luxury cars include this service. You are cheapening the brand. More
