Watch out doing business with this dealership. I had called around to several dealerships around the country in May of this year to see if any of them would have a CT5-V Blackwing allocation at MSRP. G called around to several dealerships around the country in May of this year to see if any of them would have a CT5-V Blackwing allocation at MSRP. Gold Coast Cadillac told me they would and quickly took my deposit for an allocation. They called me multiple times to provide me updates on the order and to let me know the color I was looking for was not able to get submitted yet. Once the configuration I was looking for was able to get submitted to GM, the Sales Manager decided to tack on a $20,000 markup. They told me that I now had to agree to the $20,000 markup, when they had previously agreed to MSRP, before they were going to submit my order. How slimy is that?! I would have gone with a dealer further away if they would have told me about their greedy $20,000 markup back in May. Now, several months later, I'm stuck calling around again and will likely miss out on this vehicle. Sounds to me like they stole my allocation to get a couple extra bucks. So much for an honest Cadillac dealership. Avoid this place at all cost! I'll be submitting a complaint to GM as well about these shady business practices. More
