I think I've purchased and leased 5 or 6 Cadillac SUV's over the past 6 years, from the SRX to the XT5. I've had the same salesperson, Ryan Hills, and he always works hard for my business. Everyone at the dealership (sales, service, reception) has always been extremely nice and very helpful. When I leased my first Cadillac SRX about 6 years ago, I was shocked at what a different experience it was than doing business at any of the other competitive car dealerships, both high end and low end. I was in and out in 2 hours with my new car. That NEVER happened any place else! I didn't have to speak to a manager and then the next manager and then next who typically nickel dime you to death and spend hours holding you hostage while they manipulate the numbers. I really won't buy a car any place else. And by the way, you really can't beat the value of the XT5 when you compare price, luxury and body style to its competitors that are much more expensive.
