Was supposed to get car serviced on Friday with a loaner but when I got to the dealer there was a power outage thus they could not service my car. They said someone would call me back to reschedule but no o but when I got to the dealer there was a power outage thus they could not service my car. They said someone would call me back to reschedule but no one did. I called Tuesday to make an appointment but they said no loaners would be available for weeks but someone could come to my house to pick up my car and service it and then return later that day which what I choose. I have 3 cars so it wasn't that much of a big deal but if I didn't have 3 cars I would have been stuck at home all day waiting for my car to be returned. I guess better than waiting at the dealer.
