Bonnie is one of the hardest & most professional workers at Gold Coast. We have had to bring this CPO XT5 vehicle in at least 6 times since purchasing it less than 24 months ago for numerous issues, it can at Gold Coast. We have had to bring this CPO XT5 vehicle in at least 6 times since purchasing it less than 24 months ago for numerous issues, it can be very distressing considering the amount of $$ we paid for a certified pre-owned vehicle which still has low mileage. Although we had a tire warranty, when we got the vehicle home in the pouring rain, the tire looked like a used tire, not "shiny" as we thought it should. It was confirmed the tire was new so that's not a problem. Would not buy another certified pre-owned given all the issues this vehicle came with but would certainly look for a new vehicle. (On another note, one particular receptionist never follows through and has someone get back to us numerous times which is disappointing as if our concern does not matter) More
