We moved from Malouf to Gold Coast due to the incredible Service Dept (Bonnie Lane) and Sales Mgr ( Ryan Hills ) ....we cannot say enough good about the Customer Service they provide. We switched from Malo Service Dept (Bonnie Lane) and Sales Mgr ( Ryan Hills ) ....we cannot say enough good about the Customer Service they provide. We switched from Malouf (our2 prior Cadillac vehicles) to your dealership although further away due to the Service Mgr at Malouf's total lack of customer understanding/indifference/lack of interest. Bonnie is always incredibly well informed before we arrive and extremely considerate of our time and care for our vehicles!!!! More
