I bought 07 Dodge ram and had a problem 1st day Ive asked them to fix numerous times and they have refused totally and they are nice till they get the money and thats all they want. I need new tires and shocks on the truck because the shocks wore tires out prematurely , he 150 point inspection thats a lie Ive had to replace windshield wipers the batteries , head lights and now just changed oil. they said to me sounds like I need to maintenance my truck I said why I just bought it from you and you just did all new fluids and serviced it . But the front differential leak its 1 quart low and thats alot on a differential now I must move to house I bought and cant because the tires ,shocks and leak plus the detail never got fixed nor done. Im on social security fixed income and they got all my retirement and wont fix the truck . I would never recommend nor use this dealer ever , they lie and just care for money and dont care about the consumer or I wouldnt be posting this . Now im stuck here have till end of June to move or ill be homeless . Thank you Acura im so happy this all took place while I was distressed because my mother was dieing of cancer and I just had major surgery . 28,000.00 down you think you would get new tires at least ! I bought my Acura TL from this dealership seven years ago, love the car! Recently I took my mother there to test drive a car, and Gary Page helped us and took my mother for a test drive. He was so nice, friendly, and so patient and sweet with my 83 year old mom. He certainly was NOT the usual salesman! He was very personable, and after we left he kept in touch through email, but was never pushy, just a really nice man! My mom decided on another car, not a Acura, but I would not hesitate to tell someone if you're interested in an Acura, go see Gary Page! More

When I wanted to take time to think about it, they became really rude, taking a deep sigh, and agitated. I know they work on commission, but really THAT IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT!!!! They don't care about customer needs or wants. Later, he became so frustrated, spoke so rudely, I decided not to buy the car. Also, they have no shame in lying. I said I found a better deal at Thousand Oaks Acura dealer, they lied to me by saying, "you don't want to buy the car at thousand oaks. They are going out of business. We know; one of the managers there asked us for a job." I know that was not true. I believe thousand oaks is still in business and booming. I RECOMMEND EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. JUST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN ANY INDUSTRY. They give bad names to car sales industry. Period. More
Bought a car here, good price and friendly sale. We did not live in the area and drove out of our way to buy because the deal was good. Had a body kit installed as part of the sale. They installed it wrong and the rear bumper nearly fell off! We had to take it to a local dealer for repair/ They also messed it up. Gold Coast would not even contact the service department or assist in negotiations with Honda to get it fixed though we repeatedly pleaded with them for assistance, and they would not even reply. A great dealer until they make the sale, then they don’t care at all! Avoid at all cost! More
