One of the best experiences I’ve had in a dealership, they greeted me with open arms, let me check the car thoroughly, and test drive it. Completely took advantage of me ! !! Would not send my worst enemy to buy a car here. The car I bought has been in the shop since I took it home. They could care less about their cus !! WORTHLESS WARRANTY! !! I purchased a 2017 Elantra from this dealership and paid for an extended warranty. Less than 2 mos after purchase the car started overheating const !! I purchased a 2017 Elantra from this dealership and paid for an extended warranty. Less than 2 mos after purchase the car started overheating constantly. I took it to the dealership and was told I needed a new waterpump. My warranty covered the waterpump. The service was completed at the facility. Less than a week later the car was overheating again. I returned to the dealership and the car was serviced again. This time when I picked my car up they had me sign a document statingnif anything else happened with the waterpump that I would be responsible for the bill. As I had received a new waterpump I wasn't concerned. Fast forward 2 months later and my car is overheating again. I decided to have a different auto shop look at it. I was informed that I needed a new waterpump. I said that can't be as it had just been replaced. In the end I had to cough up $$$ for a new waterpump and car has run fine since. Both times I dropped my car off at Godspeed they had it for days at a time. I don't believe I received a new waterpump; at best I got a refurbished one. The service dept is always shorthanded and I now understand that they knew I would be back with another waterpump problem which explains the document I was given to sign. My mistake signing it. This establishment is not run properly. Apparently I was never valued as a customer. I don't recommend that anyone purchase their automobiles here. If you do, then have a 3rd party inspect before you buy!! More

I would also advise anyone looking to buy here to have a 3rd party to check out the car completely before purchase!! And please look at alternate financial resources for financing!!
