Kia Sorento I went in on New Years with No hope. I have 6 young kids and a car that was basically dead. I brought my sister and mom. My mom was a negative Nancy f I went in on New Years with No hope. I was told I didn't have a license so i needed to come back when I had one. I never took my test because I am afraid I was going to fail. On the second i went to so many places to take my test, just kept hitting brick walls but did not give up. I finally found a place took my test and passed. The written the first and driver the second day. On the 4th I went down and got my actual license. I went straight to Michelle and gave her my proof. she told me to go home they would work on it. I was disappointed. The whole team stayed positive. I called around 2 pm they said they were still working on it. At 6 pm I got a call that i still wasn't approved. I cried and just gave up. At 9 pm I got a call and was told to come in the next day. On my lunch hour on the 5th I went in. Michelle was right there and ready. I WAS APPROVED. Her and her whole tea got me in and out in less than an hour. On top of things she has kept in contact and made sure that my whole family is doing okay. I would suggest them to any and everyone. They kept Niro from Friday to Tuesday (we had loaner Soul) during which time they lost our key and did not initiate any calls for update. They found our key but still we have 33 mi per gallon mileage instead of 50's. No return call from service manager so far (Thur) More

We have a lot of questions of the car going into the process, but the test drive really eliminated a bunch of worries. Terri sat us down, broke down the car and provide all the remaining information we needed. At that point we were down to the Toyota RAV4 Hybrid and the Niro and my girlfriend needed to test drive the RAV4 again to be able to come to a decision. Terri was amazing, never pushed us for a sale. Fully understood we needed time to make a big decision and relied on the car being what sold us. After a RAV4 test drive and some food, we knew we wanted the Niro and we knew what our budget was. The negotiation was simple and we were happy with the agreed price. At the end of the day, Terri did her job perfectly for us which was to provide us with as much information as possible and then let us make our decision on our own time. Thank you Terri! More
