I inquired about a vehicle about a week ago and went as far as filling out the paperwork for pre-qualification. I received an email stating that I was approved, and a salesman reached out to me via text as far as filling out the paperwork for pre-qualification. I received an email stating that I was approved, and a salesman reached out to me via text as well as a phone call. After gathering more financial information from me, I was informed that the vehicle that I was interested in hasn’t even been built yet. I sent a message back asking if there was an approximate date that they should be expecting it to be on the lot and I never received a call or text back. This was four days ago. I had a representative call me the day after I asked the salesman about the possible arrival date of the vehicle and asked how my experience was going with the buying process. I informed her that I had messaged the salesman and he never responded back. She told me that he was “probably just looking more into it and would get back with me.” Three days later, I still haven’t received word from anyone. It’s a shame because I was really interested in this vehicle and will have to look elsewhere for my new purchase. More

Awful experience! I had an appointment scheduled to look at a vehicle. Upon arrival I was told the rep had already left for the day. Me and the rep that did help went to look for the vehicle. We couldn’t fi at a vehicle. Upon arrival I was told the rep had already left for the day. Me and the rep that did help went to look for the vehicle. We couldn’t find it so he went in to ask about it. Come to find out they had already sold it! He then offered me a vehicle over twice the price! The old bait and switch wasting my time and gas on a 45 minute drive in one direction. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Lets take a look at the finance guy... Picked a car, paperwork done, all it needed was the signature... Salesman leaves to fill up the car and we get hard sold by the finance guy on how our decision of paperwork done, all it needed was the signature... Salesman leaves to fill up the car and we get hard sold by the finance guy on how our decision of a foreign car with additional warranty over their GMC consideration was a garbage choice over buying the GMC with $2500 additional warranty. Even gave us the lame "my wife owns one of these, and we're selling it". Shut up kid, no sale! More
