I took my car to get a oil change, (wednesday)the assistant informed me that I had a recall that need to be taking care of. I let them perform the oil change and do my recall. When I got home I notic assistant informed me that I had a recall that need to be taking care of. I let them perform the oil change and do my recall. When I got home I noticed a gap in my door panel and the arm rest had gaps also the plastic pieces had been broken. I call back the next day (Thursday)to let the service department know. They scheduled for me to bring my car back that day. The tech looked at my door panel and said some clips were not snapped back down so I scheduled to come back (Monday). I arrive Monday and they tech attempted to glue my panel back not properly fix the problem. The tech then states on my paperwork (Monday) that the panel was already broken, which was not true. I talked with the service manager and the general manger about this problem and they are saying that the tech did not break my door panel. This was bad customer service on all three of their parts. If my panel was already broken (Wednesday) they should of informed me that day. If it was already broken (Wednesday) why did the tech not inform me (Thursday ) when I brought the car back for him to look at it? The answer is because it was not broken. More

This is a very good dealership because of their excellent service and polite, knowledgeable folks. It's easy to get an appointment or re-schedule one for car service. I've also found the service guys more th service and polite, knowledgeable folks. It's easy to get an appointment or re-schedule one for car service. I've also found the service guys more than willing to explain problems that come up such as a noise I couldn't pinpoint when driving over 35 mph. It turned out to be due to tire "cupping" and I was shown the culprit in the tread which I'd never have spotted on my own. They also tell the truth which in this case involved the fact that the Prius is a very heavy car for a small sedan, due to all those batteries - and that I shouldn't expect the tires to last as long as with other cars of the same size.
