Outstanding Customer Service I drove into Gloucester Toyota after having been appraised by a law enforcement professional that I had a rear break light that was not working. I was in a terrible time crunch situation, having to pick up my daughter within the next 30-minutes. Justin was simply awesome, and that is putting it mildly. He immediately checked the light, took off the cover, pulled out the burnt out bulb, sent me to the parts department (also awesome folks!) and installed the new bulb personally. I was out of there within 15-minutes of my arrival! All I can say is that Gloucester Toyota has a great manager in Justin and they will get my business in the future! I wholeheartedly and without reservation would recommend anyone and everyone to utilize the Gloucester Toyota Service Department. More

Unprofessional and rude I took my 2007 Toyota Tacoma to this dealership to have 3 recalls taken care of. When I got my truck back, my husband noticed that the compound they p I took my 2007 Toyota Tacoma to this dealership to have 3 recalls taken care of. When I got my truck back, my husband noticed that the compound they put underneath the truck was all over the sides and wheels. He took it back to have this cleaned up. When my husband brought the truck back to me, I noticed the passenger side rain guard was broken and put back together with scotch tape. When we confronted them about this, the said we couldn't prove they did it and they absolutely wouldn't replace it. The issue isn't really the rain guard, it's the fact they lied about it and then tried to hide it the way my toddler would. Good old scotch tape. More

LOVE Gloucester Toyota I purchased my Camry from Gloucester Toyota last year. My visit from start to finish was great. No pressure and the staff treated me with respect. They took the time to find me the right car and at a great price. I now use Gloucester Toyota for service and love Holly and Justin. They always great me with a smile and get my car in and out quickly. While there are no perks like free manicures...who cares. I come for car service not a day at the spa. I took my car to get a oil change, (wednesday)the assistant informed me that I had a recall that need to be taking care of. I let them perform the oil change and do my recall. When I got home I notic assistant informed me that I had a recall that need to be taking care of. I let them perform the oil change and do my recall. When I got home I noticed a gap in my door panel and the arm rest had gaps also the plastic pieces had been broken. I call back the next day (Thursday)to let the service department know. They scheduled for me to bring my car back that day. The tech looked at my door panel and said some clips were not snapped back down so I scheduled to come back (Monday). I arrive Monday and they tech attempted to glue my panel back not properly fix the problem. The tech then states on my paperwork (Monday) that the panel was already broken, which was not true. I talked with the service manager and the general manger about this problem and they are saying that the tech did not break my door panel. This was bad customer service on all three of their parts. If my panel was already broken (Wednesday) they should of informed me that day. If it was already broken (Wednesday) why did the tech not inform me (Thursday ) when I brought the car back for him to look at it? The answer is because it was not broken. More
