Used Car experience very poor I purchased a used truck, 2004 Chevy S-10 pickup for approximately $11,000. (Cash and trade in) on Saturday March 17,2018. On Monday March 19 I notice I purchased a used truck, 2004 Chevy S-10 pickup for approximately $11,000. (Cash and trade in) on Saturday March 17,2018. On Monday March 19 I noticed the Air Conditioner did not work so I text my sales person of this. I conveyed to him that I paid $11,000. and the A/C should work. Tuesday I went to Glockner and spoke to my salesperson and further stated that I was told Glockner checks and stand by their vehicles. I know it was “as is” but I understood A/C worked.. My salesperson said he would have to talk to his sales manager . The used car sales manager told my sales person that it worked went it left the lot. The next day I went to see my salesperson and I told him I thought Glockner should pay to repair the A/C. He said that his used car sales manager was gone but I could talk to the general sales person. The general sales manager stated to bring the vehicle in the morning and check it out. I got a call the next day that to repair the A/ C would cost $400. Then she said she talked to the sales manager and he said if I paid $100. they would pay $300. I told her to fix it. At this time I had lost all faith in dealing with Glockner. They should have repaired it at no cost. My mother-in-law had just purchased a new car the same day I bought mine. I’ve bought vehicles off of Bob Clyde before and had work done in your shop. You lost a valuable customer. I no longer will deal with your company again. More
