Pleased until the end Over all, my recent experience with Glockner of Ironton was pleasant, until I got in the car to leave. Robbie was a great help, he was very honest Over all, my recent experience with Glockner of Ironton was pleasant, until I got in the car to leave. Robbie was a great help, he was very honest with me through out the process, and the staff were very helpful with all the paper work. However when I walked out to leave with the keys, the gas tank was on E, so I had to stop and fill it up to drive the car home. Also they did not wash or clean the car, there were white paint spots on the back windshield that I had to clean off when I got home and finger prints all over the inside. I also had a coupon for 100 dollars off a GM product, but was told I couldn’t use it because the parts department was closed and that they had to install the floor mats I was hoping to get with it. I live over an hour away, and driving back for floor mats would just be Inconvient. Making the deal of the coupon pointless and frustrating. Over all I’m very happy with my purchase and the staff at Glockner, but was very disappointed getting into a dirty car that I just paid thousands of dollars for. More
