Great customer service and very friendly! My fiancé and I had been searching for a bigger vehicle for several weeks online and around our area. Today we test drove a few cars at different lots but ended up at Glockner in Ashland on a whim. Immediately, Angie Gue approached us and started giving us information about the cars we were interested in. She went out of her way to get information for us that wasn't readily available and answered all of our questions. We decided to test drive a Chevy Equinox and I immediately knew it was the car I wanted. It was clean, low mileage and at a great price. Angie and Barry Midkiff worked with us to get exactly the deal we needed and a payment we could afford. We even had our 5 month old with us and everyone was as sweet as could be to him! We weren't approved without a cosigner, but he took the time to help us find ways to improve our credit score so that we could work on it to be approved without a cosigner. Fast forward 7 months, and I had the pleasure of working with Angie and Barry while purchasing my first car. They were quick to offer assistance and go the extra mile to help get us approved. I really like that they took the time to go over everything with us so that we understood since it was my first buying experience. The were courteous and pleasant to be around. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a car. More
